5 months later!!

Ikey has been in the world for almost 5 months now and nary an update from his mama. Sadly, he is already suffering from 2nd child syndrome. I have no excuse, being a 2nd child myself. This post is my first attempts at breaking the cycle of violence.....

At 5 months, Ikey boy is...

beginning to smile and think that mommy and daddy are mildly funny.

loving his stuffed animal friends and is especially enamored with the animals that hang over his crib

beginning to roll. He has rolled front to back and back to front. The first time he rolled back to front, he was not too pleased because he rolled off a soft mat onto a hard wood floor at the Y.

talking a LOT.

a BIG boy. He weighs 16 lbs, 14.! ANd of coures, his head is massive, 90th percentile!

a real cuddle bunny.
Generally speaking, he's a fairly mellow-ish kind of guy.
