I'm baaaaaaack!
Finally, finally, finally Almost Dr. J is a Dr. J!!! You know what that means? Financial security? Prestige and respect? Nope, it means that I can start blogging again!
And yes, during the two month hiatus Tomie has changed A LOT! I don't even know where to begin updating. In fact, I'm a bit intimidated by this blank text box. It feels a bit like...writing the dissertation alll over again! Oh no! But really, most of you are here only for the pictures anyway. So here goes.
I'll get to a nice summary list of all her accomplishments and achievements (including graduating from high school and winning the Nobel Peace Prize) that you all have missed in my looooong hiatus.

OH MY GOD!! yay for you -- i'm so happy to hear that you're dr. j!! (now, if only allison would hurry up and finish too! j/k allison!) congratulations on this amazing feat (with a baby no less)! (okay, that was a lot of exclamation points; sorry.)
my point being, i'm so happy for you! i hope things are going well with the family, and i'm looking forward to hearing about tomie's changes and seeing her in person. let's definitely get together soon.
