Flurry of visitors: The sequel: Director's cut

Oooh I have to back up a bit...

This wasn't quite a visitOR per se, but rather a visit. Josh and I have been at this apartment for almost TEN years now. And we're not even the longest residents. But in spite of that, we never really got to know our neighbors who have now all been here about as long.

OKAY, SO I HAD WRITTEN UP THIS POST SATURDAY AND THEN I LOST MY INTERNET CONNECTION. Sigh. So I lost the whole post. Trust me when I say that it was witty, informative and touching, but not in a maudlin sort of way. Brilliant. Truly my best work. (See what happens when you steal someone else's open wireless connection? Bachi!)
I'm so distraught and demoralized that I'm gonna just plug in the pix with stripped down captions. Imagine the commentary that followed. Really, it was brilliant. *sigh*

Aunty Ana Claire is a neurologist and she did a check up of Tomie's fontanel. Everything's aok...for now.
